DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes, we ship worldwide except Russia and other Middle East countries. Your order may be subject to duties and taxes that are not included in our prices. Check with your local customs office for these fees. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. Beach Addict is not responsible for any of these charges. Shipping costs include shipping only. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates as customs may hold your package for reasons beyond our control.
WHAT DOES PRE-SALE MEAN?
If an item is marked or flagged as presale, this means that the item is not yet in stock or has not yet been delivered to us. All presale orders will be processed upon receipt by us. Our pre-sale items are listed with an estimated delivery date on all online pre-sale items.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ?
We are super fast at processing orders. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.
To change your shipping address, please email contact@beachaddict.de with your order number and the new address.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Swimwear items can be returned or exchanged as long as they are in the same condition as when purchased, still have the bag and must include a hygiene label.
Please make sure you have selected the correct size before paying. For any other items you would like to return/exchange, please email Beach Addict at contact@beachaddict.de
Please note that WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING IDENTIFICATION . Any return/exchange, shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND THE COLOR OF THE SWIMSUIT IS NOT ACCURATE. WHAT TO DO?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, since the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's color display will be accurate.
