We offer a variety of shipping options for domestic and international customers. The shipping costs are automatically calculated by our ordering system and depend on the weight of the purchased items, the destination of the package and the chosen shipping method.

Your shipping costs will be displayed to you during the ordering process before you enter the payment information. This allows you to determine the total cost and adjust your order if necessary.

Online orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that this may be delayed over the bank holidays (Christmas, Easter etc.).



How can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order online.

Yes, we ship worldwide except Russia and other Middle East countries.

We do not offer free returns or exchanges on international orders. Customers must pay for return shipping when returning an international order. For more information please send an email to contact@beachaddict.de



How long does delivery take?

We ship all international orders via expedited shipping via DHL. The shipping costs are automatically calculated by our ordering system and depend on the weight of the purchased items, the destination of the package and the chosen shipping method.

If you are placing an international order, you must allow additional time for export travel and customs clearance. Also remember that we are in the middle of a pandemic, shipping may be delayed.

Shipping usually takes 3-6 business days (please note that shipping can take up to 8 business days during peak season).



What happens if my order is lost?

Please note; We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once delivery has been confirmed by our courier company, the shipment is out of our hands and you will need to contact the shipping company directly



Will I be charged taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to duties and taxes that are not included in our prices. Check with your local customs office for these fees. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. Beach Addict is not responsible for any of these charges. Shipping costs include shipping only. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates as customs may hold your package for reasons beyond our control.
