We are happy to accept your return for an exchange, you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return using a cancellation form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, free of make-up, odor and stains and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Swimwear can be returned or exchanged as long as it is in new condition, in the original packaging and with the hygiene sticker attached.
Accessories must also be returned with the outer packaging or original box intact.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@beachaddict.de and formulate your revocation. Please note that the customer bears the shipping cost to send the exchange or return to Beach Addict. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Complaints about damaged goods or packaging errors must be sent to us by email within 14 days of delivery.

exchange
Exchange requests must be received by email ( hello@beachaddict.de ) within 14 days of the delivery date. No exchange will be accepted after 14 days.
Once the item has been returned to our facility, a tracking confirmation number must be emailed. Once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unequal Exchange: If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item of greater value, the price difference of the exchanged item will be charged.

EXCHANGE - RETURN - PROCESSING TIME
Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within a maximum of 3-5 business days, the average time for exchange returns is 1-2 business days.

ONLY FOR REGULAR PRICE ITEMS _
We cannot accept an exchange for a different style, all exchanges are limited to the same swimsuit. If you need to change the style of a swimsuit, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds
We offer a refund within 14 days of order delivery. Please email us for a refund request.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return (faulty item) and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If you're approved, you'll automatically receive a refund through your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The price displayed on the website at the time of purchase is, without exception, the final purchase price. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item, the new prices cannot be applied to previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Changes to your order can be made by contacting Beach Addict. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot make any changes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :
